This is a wholly Buddhist-oriented online meditation meeting.
No registration is needed but you will need to send a Skype contact request to fifth.precept (see How to join a Virtual Sit-and-Share Meeting)

- 9.30pm Announcements (if any)
- 9.30pm Closing dedication then informal chat
Meetings operate on an informal drop-in basis and are suitable for all levels of experience.
